GOP willing to negotiate on infrastructure but wants improvement from COVID: Wicker

Sen. Roger Wicker, R-Miss., said on ABC’s “This Week” the GOP’s willing to negotiate infrastructure but the talks must be “different from what we had on the rescue plan.”
