Pleas of not sending rescued migrants back to Libya ignored by Spain

The decision of the Spanish government is being maintained for leaving the fate of the 12 migrants in the hands of the authorities of Libya. They were rescued in the Mediterranean Sea by a Spanish fishing boat. The Ombudsman has told the Foreign Ministry to consider taking them back.
