Looking to improve your career prospects? NPower Canada is offering free training to help young people succeed in Alberta's fastest-growing sector.
According to Alberta Health, 308 people were in hospital with the virus on Thursday and 64 of them were being treated in ICUs. 
On Tuesday, health officials, including the province's director of public health, Dr. Horacio Arruda, indicated they may cut the participants some slack.
"While the sentence reflects society's denunciation, it cannot address the loss suffered by the family of Ms. Chiu," Federal Crown attorney Jason Wakely said.
