There are 478 new COVID-19 infections in Saskatchewan as of Wednesday, according to health officials.
The province reported 71 new cases of COVID-19 Wednesday and 11 recoveries. The number of active cases is 775.
The official announcement came from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Wednesday and included mandatory COVID-19 vaccination for travel within Canada
With employer deadlines to be fully vaccinated approaching, unvaccinated workers could soon be placed on unpaid leave or terminated altogether, lawyers say.
