Residents in the Manoir Roger-Bernard apartment building in Pierrefonds have had two previous planned visits by health officials to inoculate them against COVID-19 cancelled.
A Toronto police spokesperson told Global News officers were called Wednesday afternoon after a noose was found at the Leaside station construction site.
