The Toronto Blue Jays reinstated pitcher Bowden Francis from the 15-day injured list Tuesday and optioned fellow right-hander Ryan Burr to Triple-A Buffalo.
The player was inspired to come forward after Kyle Beach sued the Chicago Blackhawks in 2021 over similar allegations against then-video coach Brad Aldrich.
