COVID-19: MLHU reports 22 cases, SWPH adds 38 cases to its tally

Of the active cases in Southwestern Public Health’s jurisdiction, 95 were in Elgin County (including 38 in Aylmer) and 62 were in Oxford County (including 32 in Woodstock).
