Philippine death toll from Typhoon Rai tops 400 nearly 2 weeks after storm hit

Reported deaths from Rai, the 15th and deadliest typhoon to hit the Southeast Asian nation this year, has hit 405 with most due to drowning, fallen trees and landslides.
